Environmental Hazards

Our job as a professional home inspection company is to alert you, to the extent possible, to unknown problems and potential environmental hazards. PPI’s review process is a non-invasive visual inspection of the property. We may be able to alert you to possible environmental hazards but our basic review is no substitute for specialized and professional testing.
